How to create a team in Teams

This article will show you how to create a team in Microsoft Teams.

1. In the Teams app, on the side bar, click on Teams.

2. on the Teams pane , click the + sign and select Create Team.

3. On the Create Team window, fill out the fields below.

When they're filled out, the Create button will light up; click Create.

To add users to teams:

1. Right click on your team in the Teams list and select Manage team.

2. Add your team members by email address then click Add. repeat to add all of the users you need in your team.

Team members will be notified when they're added to the team and it will appear in the Teams window, they will not have to perform any actions to join.
