This article will show you how to use Duo Mobile for both Android and iPhone users.

How to install Duo Mobile

1. Using your phones application store, either the Android Play Store or the iPhone App Store, search for Duo Mobile. The below screenshot is from the Android Play Store.

Tap install.

How to use Duo Mobile

1. You will receive a text message from Duo that will look similar to this:

The link will look different than the above text message example. Tap the link.

2. Tap Next.

3. Tap Save

4. Tap Skip.

5. Tap Allow Notifications.

Tap Allow on the pop up message.

6. Tap Turn Off.

When the pop up appears, tap OK.

7. Tap OK.

8. If this screen pops up again, tap Allow.

9. If you get this message at the top of the Duo screen, tap No Thanks.

10. When you log into your computer, after you enter your password, you will see this screen:

On your phone, open Duo and you will see this message:

Tap Approve.

This will then log you into Windows on your computer.

Note:

In the Duo app you will see Passcodes:

Unless told by the I.T. Department, you will not need these codes day to day and these can be ignored.
