How to update Daimler Xentry Truck Diagnostics software

This document will show you the steps to keep Daimler Xentry Truck Diagnostics software up to date.

1. Locate the Daimler Truck: AddOn center icon, indicated in red. You may need to click on the arrow indicated by the green box for it to appear.

2. Right click on the icon and select Show from the menu. You can also double click on the icon to open the application.

3.  The Daimler Truck AddOn Center window will open.

4. Click the Update icon:

5. Updates will download and will begin to install:

6. When updates are completed this message box will appear on screen:

This message is not an error; it indicates that there are no more updates from the server to retrieve and install. Click the green check mark button to close the box.

7. Verify software updates have been downloaded by pressing the Update icon as in Step 4. When completed, the message box from Step 6 will appear; this confirms all updates are downloaded and installed on the system.

The Daimer Xentry Truck Diagnostics software is now updated and ready for use.
